Terms of service

The platform

Weyitaa connects guest ordering, order tracking, kitchen, floor service and payment records for restaurants, bars, cafés and hotels in Rwanda.

Subscriptions

Weyitaa offers a free 30-day pilot for one outlet. Subscription prices are shared with you before you commit. Platform subscriptions are separate from guest payments.

Venue payments

Guest payments go directly to the venue. Methods include MTN MoMo merchant payments, MoMo USSD confirmed by staff and cash. Availability depends on the venue’s setup. Weyitaa is not a bank, wallet or payment aggregator and never holds guest funds.

Website demonstrations

The website’s venue, order and split-bill examples use sample data. They do not place real orders or collect payments.
