Privacy notice

The full privacy policy is awaiting approval. This notice describes the pilot request information provided through this site; it is not a complete platform privacy policy.

Pilot request information

The pilot form asks for your name, venue name, phone or WhatsApp number, venue type and an optional message. When you submit it, these details are saved on Weyitaa’s server so we can contact you about your pilot. We use them for that purpose only.

If you choose to message us on WhatsApp instead, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.

Guest payments

Guest payments go directly to the venue through its available payment methods. Weyitaa never holds guest funds.

Full policy

Approved details covering platform data, retention, service providers, individual rights and a privacy contact will be published here when provided by CODENET BTS.
